    Tweed Jacket(waist coat if you choose) and "drop down" tie and black well polished shoes.

    At Prince Williams wedding where the invitation stated "Morning Dress or Lounge(business) suits". The kilted gentleman is perfectly attired in Lounge (business) suit equivalent.
