    I well remember seeing some of those errr , well, paintings on the B-17's for real in my much younger days when staying with reletives in East Anglia. I seem to recall that my elder brother was quite interested in them!

    I've seen them on rare occasions I've but never worn them. I quite like them actually but I can quickly see why they are not appropriate for all occasions.

    I've always either had shirts with button cuffs or worn proper cuff links where links are needed.

    I think I will pin the silk knots into my jacket pocket so in case of emergency they will be there
