I've seen them on rare occasions I've but never worn them. I quite like them actually but I can quickly see why they are not appropriate for all occasions.

I've always either had shirts with button cuffs or worn proper cuff links where links are needed.

I will probably stay with something mellow like a engraved Clan Crest at the most but probably more along the lines of chrome with a black setting.

for spice I can wear my bird earing. when shoppign for that I was looking for a parrot but asked for a bird and the older lady want to the back room and brought out a try of the other kind of bird

I think I will pin the silk knots into my jacket pocket so in case of emergency they will be there
