    Yes mate I have thoughts. I have never seen it nor would I wish too. IMHO I think it would look very silly. But then again being the wrong side of 50 I could well be out of touch with modern trends. It wouldn't be the first time.

    When I wear a necktie, I use the knot my father used. He called it an Oxford knot. It appears to be more commonly called Windsor (or Full Windsor or Double Windsor). That's my knot, and I'm sticking with it. I'm on the same side of 50 as Grizzly, and I also have thoughts about the smaller end of the tie in front, but I will keep them to myself for fear of breaking one or more forum rules.
