    Well I think I got this about right....

    My wife hasn't been the most enthusiastic about my idea of wearing a kilt on occasion, but she did finally admit that I can carry the look off on Saturday.

    You look nicely turned out.

    The only thing I could suggest would be to change the metal sporran chain for a leather sporran strap and wear your sporran just a little lower.

    I find this interesting. I always wear a strap with daywear and a chain with evening attire.

    If I was you, the only thing I'd do is invest in a pair of diced hose as they are very traditional with evening attire and much easier on the wallet than full tartan hose.
