That set of pipes, with the carved thistle-shaped drone ends, looks very familiar.
I believe that I saw it at the Black Gate Museum in Newcastle in the 1980s, which housed the well-known Cocks collection.
So the famous painting of the battle of Culloden will be on display? I can't remember if I've seen it in person.
BTW the music played in the latter half of that video is an Irish tune called Morrison's Jig. There are hundreds of fine Scottish jigs they could have used.
