    The rifles look to me to be Martini Henrys fitted with the 1887 pattern bayonet.
    Close look shows that soldiers wear diced glengarry and have different type of sporran cantle... so probably it’s not 6 HLI , unfortunately...
    their sporrans looks not horse hair but leather
    all soldiers looks too very young, like cadets...
    It looks like non-British unit..
    May be Canadian or South African regiment?
