It is not my style, but I could see a hardcore music fan (school music teacher as an example) liking it.

As a high school music teacher, it’s definitely something that intrigued me. I’d totally buy it if I wore my kilt to work

Though described as "rabbit" this sporran is obviously seal.

It's in the USA so no import worries. $120 Buy It Now.

    Needs cleaning and polishing.

It's by WE Scott and has the scribe line across the back they introduced in 1953 with the Patent opening top. However it doesn't have the Patent stamp, so it's in that period when they dropped the Patent stamp but were still doing the scribe line. Late 1950s? 1960s? I wish I knew.

It has the higher-quality silver-plated cantle with the 'Made In Scotland' stamp which (ironically) tells us it was made in Birmingham, by Frederick Narborough. (Though originally all these cantles went to Scottish sporran makers, thus the wording of the stamp, they did later also go to L&M in Canada.)
