The pin is of Robert Burns. I saw it on eBay one day and liked the look of it, even if his head is slightly misshaped.

I know I'm dissenting, but I maintain that I like the color of your brogues.
I do think the flashes would look better if they matched your brogues more closely, but I'm splitting hairs.

The kilt pin isn’t really a kilt pin. We have a friend who is a glass artist who made me a pin of various colored iridescent glass, meant as a lapel pin. It’s really a bit larger and heavier than a kilt pin should be, but it’s unique and handmade by a friend.
