    Great pics. Wish I was there to meet ya in person. I work at the 'Timeless Links' chainmaille booth. (the one with the maille lingerie' :rolleyes: ) But was attending another function on the other side of the state last weekend. (The show formally known as Paul Bunyon on the campus of Hocking College)

    Have seen lots of kilts at the ORF this year. Quite a few UK's, which used to be the most prevalent, but I think the Tartan numbers have got them beat so far this year.

    I didn't know they featured Highland game style heavy events at these Ren. Fairs.

    Hey, I've heard other folks call it the "sheep" toos as well. A comon error I thinks.

    Good pics.
    Is the black patch on the front of the kilts a piece of harder material to prevent the kilt becoming worn down by the sporran and chain and rubbing on it?
