    Question question

    ya' look good.

Tell me sumpin'. I am thinking of a FK Cargo model as a work kilt for my part time job. I am the dishwasher at a cooking school. There is a lot of zigging, zaggin and general fast movement all around Running through 2 way doors, putting stuff away, up & down step stools Getting outa "Chef's" way when he or she has an emergency & panics. Do you think it heavy enough for that kind of work

Rob Wright on these boards worked as a cook in a kitchen. Kilted. He could tell you more.

Oh. And to toot Steve's horn a little, ask him about the Industrial model. It may be just what you are looking for me amigo.

    I'm liking what I see!

What was the response of others?

Having worked in kitchens before I would say it should be plenty heavy enough if you go with the duct cloth. Movement wise I like it better than jeans for kitchen work.
