McClef, I'm pretty sure that the seller was found to be guilty of misrepresenting their product. Even if the buyers are happy, if the products sold are not "as advertised," ebay moves against them and takes everything off the site. (At lest, that's my understandin of their policy.)
I bought somethin from a seller one time only to find that they told me I didn't have to pay if I didn't want to. Turns out, some of their stuff was not what it was supposed to be--not actually "make in Scotland, I believe"--so they pulled the whole store's inventory off the site.
It's ebay's way of trying to protect the consumer the best they can.
Tattoo, as to addresses, I've found that I have to check closely as well.
