    Or you could see about adding a submarine belt to your seat belt setup. That'd hold the kilt down.

    Sweeping the pleats and a heavy sporran would be the answer. Put plenty of weight in the sporran to hold it down. As you sit in the jeep sweep the pleats so that you're sitting on the back of the kilt then open your knees and push the sporran down between you legs. Hopefully this will work - best of luck !

    You could add a modisty snap (A la UK). it can be un noticable if you put half the snap on the under apron, and the other half on the center pleat (under side.)

    You could also use a button, that way the only thing in the pleats is a button hole.
