Hard to find Tartans

At age 21 you'll have it the rest of your life...or maybe you should order two...one your current size and one ballooned out like most of olde geezers do.

You're gonna love it!

And, hey, wool ain't just for formal occasions...our ancestors wore it daily.

The biggest problem is the dough, and I'm not exactly entering a profession known for the money! (I intend to be a professor and minister) I could'nt afford a 500-600 kilt, and it will be some time before I could. That's why I think these poly kilts are so great and why I wear a lot of modern kilts, because frankly tanks are expensive. I couldn't even afford an R-kilt, my dear mum financed that little joy. It is no big deal, I will manage, there are still plenty of universal tartans to wear.

If I were you I would save up my money for a tank and be patient, rather than buying a more common tartan or poorly made kilt that you won't be as happy with. Sooner or later you will get the one you want. I speak from experience.

Great advice - as with many things, it's better to be patient and wait, rather than to "satisfice" one's Jones...
