I am fairly new here. I voted once per day. That is my minimum. I work third shift so my whole day is free. When I have plenty of time I am on more than 3 or 4 times daily (yesterday was a good example)
I have to split my time between xmarks, a hunting forum, a motorcycle forum, and a homebrewing forum.

You know, if I didn't have so many old friends on those other forums, I would hardly visit those forums. I have been friends with some of them for five or six years.

Which hunting forum? Shooting Sportsman is a great site. Once a day for me, sometimes twice if I'm expecting something.

It's a small site called "Three Stooges Bowhunting Club". It was started by three friends down in Texas. A good many of us migrated there from the "Primos Game Calls" forum. Things started getting a bit out of hand on there. We are a small group of friends from all over the USA and Canada.
I used to be a member of the "Realtree" forums. I haven't logged in there in quite a while. I figured it wasn't worth my time when a Moderator started bashing me about my choice in arrows for my new bow.

I try to pop on at least once a day. Sometimes more, but once a day just to see what is going on. I don't comment on everything...then again, no one does. It's a fun site, with more or less an understanding user base...more often than not friendly... with plenty of good converstation to be had.

That's it? Lemme see...
I belong to Xmarks, 5 motorcycle forums, 3 video game forums, Sword Forum International, the forums at Silenthillheaven.com, the Magic the Gathering message board on the Wizards website, the forums at Fordfestiva.com, I used to use some Anime/Manga forums but haven't visited in a long time...
OK... yeah... junkie. Needless to say, I am more active in some more than others.
If you do a random search regarding your hobbies... I am sure you can find a forum for it!

I'm just leave it opened in tab in browser, as i do it with some other sites and communities (like livejournal communities). So i'm here at least 2-3 times, depending on free time.
It's addiction, and that's good I think so.
