Probably should add that Arizona is a Right to Work state...despite how that sounds, what it means is any employer can fire any employee, at any time, for any reason.

So, there's nothing legal to stand on.

Showing up kilted on Tuesday would clearly be insubordination and not a wise choice.

Since the only request to wear pants is only for Tuesday - and I do hope someone from the entourage says, "Hey, where's your kilt buddy?" - and I have the okay to wear a kilt on Wed and thereafter until a dress code is developed, I'm planning on wearing kilts daily and hoping for a chance to give input on the dress code in the course of its development.

Thanks for all the support and ideas.

Trying to keep a simple focus...something like, If women are allowed to chose between pants and skirts why aren't men allowed the same choice?
