Kilted and Unkilted
I know most of you gentlemen go back and forth between pants and kilts.
On my recent two day adventure in pants, and my return to kilts today, I noticed a few things.
Most obvious in pants was the "restriction". And, after 19 months kilted full time I felt a phantom kilt swing as I walked down the halls wearing pants. I guess I've grown to love the feel of the kilt swing so much I still felt it walking without the kilt.
Back in a kilt today the freedom was most noticeable and most welcome.
But, I did find one advantage to wearing pants to work over kilts. When I wear pants to work I don't have to hand wash kilt hose in the evening....
Not enough to switch me back to pants, but a welcome two day respite.
