    Not strictly a kilt because although the material partly overlaps at the front it doesn't have the full overlapping front aprons of a proper kilt, but yes I'm with you on this Dread to the extent that it appears to be a kilt style garment.

    Maybe it's a prototype utilikilt!

    I think Delilah got the negatives refersed at the local photomat as this would be mre like a kilted skirt as the apron closes on the left hip.
