I followed a link to another Hodden thread at the bottom of the page. The hodden isn't worn exclusively by the London and Toronto Scots. I remember reading once that the world renown Strathclyde Police Pipe Band, the first non-military pipe band, first wore hodden grey!
Please correct me if I'm off here, but the exclusive element to the Tor and London Scots' hodden is the Elcho Blue side fringe. It's so named for the regiment's founder, Lord Elcho. In my personal opinion, the blue side fringe is very good looking!
