For Graham
Hey Graham you have been asking me about the other hemp colours I have so I finally got around to making the Taupe hemp kilt. I know it's not the green you want it's just a little more subtle

Here it is with one of my hemp shirts

and of course the rear.

Same features as the black.
Blue one will be next

My hemp kilt has thus far proven indestructable by the way. It has literally been subjected to the acid test... And all that has done so far is make it really soft and comfy really fast. It has been mashed in car doors, been subjected to various horrid bodily fluids, (puke) had booze spilt on it, has seen sideways rain, and in general, has pretty much everything done to it that you should NEVER do to a kilt.
And it still looks good. Real good.

Nice, But I still prefer leather....

I wouldn't mind trying a leather one... But not in the middle of a South Carolina summer. I'd melt in to a wee puddle of grease.
Oddly, my hemp kilt is far cooler than my PV kilt. Amazing.
The only time it is unbearably warm is when I am sitting some place and the sun is shining on the black hemp and the heat sinks in to my legs. Or other places.
I bet the leather would be lovely during our week of winter.

That may not be the green Graham wants, but I may have to start considering my next hemp RKilt sooner than I thought.
Considering where I work, I may have to do without that tag, though.

Just inform them that it is, in fact, a hemp leaf, and they need to lay off all the weed smokin. It is making them paranoid.

Yah...the hemp is a great fabric and I understand that the hemp best suited to making fabric from isn't what the dopers wanta be smokin'. I've heard that AT BEST all you're gonna get outta that grade is a really nasty headache.
Best

Blue hemp
OK Graham here's the other colour, this is the blue one I wasn't too sure when I saw the fabric but when I turned it into a kilt I really like the colour of this one as well.
