Well . . .
THAT's up to us. I'll begoing RIGHT BY that night anyways. It is JUST a matter of IF I stop or keep going.
I seem to recall the original time was to have been 7. We can change as needed. I'll just change when I leave home.
Soltice, are you planning on it or not?

Ditto! Especially as my wife's been on the road for 2 weeks. If I make it, we'll make it together; but it's looking doubtful.

The official kilt night is now on Saturday night at Fados in Buckhead.
I have a homeowners association meeting to attend Thursday so I'm pretty much out on Thursday. Man I wanted some Chicken wings!
It will be at least 10:00 before I could be at Paddy's, so if someone is still going let us know and I'll drop in later. Otherwise it'll be Fados on Saturday.

I'm not going to make Paddy's this time either, I've had a tire blow on my car and a new one is going to deplete my driving to Brassleton (sp...?) and drinking fund. I'll really try to make the next one, I promise!

So, Thurs is GONE!!!!!!!
Officially CANCELLED!!!!!
I'll have to see if I can make Sat.
I am HOPING to bring my father. I would like him to meet a number of of you (and hopefully shift his perception of kilts a tad).
So far he has only met Gilmore and heard about Dread (that he seems to remember, though I have told him more).
I'll let ya'll know closer (like earlier that day).

Got back to my parents house just a few minutes ago.
Well, it was my father, me, and Gilmore.
WHERE WAS EVERYONE?????
We got there at 7:45 and Gil had been there since 7:10.
We had a decent conversation and left about 9.

Nothing like getting your hopes up for Great SEKS on Saturday night and ending up with no SEKS. Blue b@ll$ anyone?
I have an excuse for not being there. My mom is dying. What about the rest of u?
Sorry it didn't work out John. It's not you, it's me. I have a headache.

Sorry about missing it guys. The weather was so beautiful here yesterday, I took advantage of it to enjoy the outdoors and it ended up taking a lot longer than I expected.
What was your impression of Fados? Crowded? Noisy? Meat Market?
