Georgia Kilt Night 6/21/07

Looking to put together a kilt night on Thursday June 21. Location to be Paddy's Irish Pub on the grounds of Chataeue Elan Winery in Braselton GA. Start gathering at 6:30 until ....

Thursdays are one of the quieter nights at Paddy's so there should be plenty of room and a great environment for conversation.

Does this work for anyone else?

I wish i could be there. I'd like to travel more often to various states to get out more. I have hardly ever left Arizona. If i ever make it out that way, i'll make sure to let you know. We've got some kilt nights coming up in AZ so they'll have to do for now.

I might be able to get up there again about that time. Will be bringing my youngest up for "Camp Grandma" about that time. Will have to wait and see how the schedule shakes out. I enjoyed Paddy's. Did you ever get the Mrs. over there?

There is a very slim chance that I could make it. I've got a weekend shift coming right after that though, working 36 hours in 3 days. If I did come I'd only be able to stay for a very wee dram and have to leave not long after. The weekend before would be good but I plan on going up to the Taste of Scotland Festival in Franklin, NC and the weekend after would be fine, as currently I have no plans...
I may just have to catch the next one if it does fall on the 21st.

Reviving this to say that I hope good times were had by all and that I am terribly sorry that I missed this one. I hope we have another very soon and that I can make it. When shall the next one be? hopefully it will be on a weekend that I don't have to work. I'm trying to become nocturnal at the moment so time constraints will be lifted on my part...

Solstice, I think this is next month. In which case, I'm a "definite maybe" to come see the neighbors. Hope to meet some of you in Greenville June 8-9.

I'll try to make it Cavscout. I'll pencil it in on the calendar and let you know for sure as it gets closer. Thursdays are difficult, but if I'm in town I'll do my best.
