I stayed there three years ago, and asked the waitstaff about the kilts. They're teenagers and wear the kilts like a MacDonald's uniform, they'd rather not, but they need the money. Still it was interesting to see. The hotel is beautiful and really worth the trip. But of course that whole part of the world is beautiful.
