Prince of Wales Tartan
Does anyone in here have a Prince of Wales pleated to stripe? My fiancée is getting me a new kilt for my birthday. We've narrowed the tartan choices down to 4. The Caledonia tartan, Pringle tartan (her clan), the Clergy tartan, and the Prince of Wales tartan. Since the Clergy and the Pringle tartans we can only get in wool, I think they're a little out of her price range. However Rocky at USA Kilts has the Caledonia and Prince of Wales. I don't have a kilt pleated to stripe yet, and would really like to get one. It seems that the Caledonia doesn't pleat to stripe the best, so I may go with the Prince of Wales. (which is the tartan she likes better of the two) any one have a semi-trad Prince of Wales pleated to the white stripe in here? so I can see a pic and check out how it looks in action. or possibly any other suggestions. thanks guys
Billy
