Uhg.. Well I don’t have to worry to much about room for money in my sporran. You all are getting me Jonesing for more stuff to buy making me quite poor.

Okay, to revive this...what are the rules on no sporran v. sporran, day sporran v. semi-formal sporran, before 6pm (tradition?) and after?

Thanks in advance for the help.

No hard fast rules just common sense.
no sporran v. sporran - If you have one wear it (if you don't want don't)
day v. semi-formal - should be casual or dressy no set time.
If all you have is a day sporran wear it when you need to,
same with a semi- formal. Best guideline is black with black and brown with brown. (shoes, belt, strap, sporran)

The best guideline is if you like the way it looks it is right.

If someone confronts you saying that you are wearing something wrong just know the person is rude and wrong.
