What does it mean to be complete? At first blush, I'd think that how we drape our person has nothing to do with "completeness."
Besides comfort, wearing a kilt doesn't give you anything that you don't already have. You may be a bit more aware of those particular aspects of yourself, but they were already there in you. And you knew it all along. This awareness will fade much like the first scent of coffee in the morning fades. It's still there but you can no longer smell it.
