You can record the tartan directly with the Scottish Tartans Authority, and Brian Wilton can help you with design specifics if you have any questions.
I'll also add that I can assist you with this, if you like, as well. Since you are workin on your own design, you would not have to pay my design fee. But I can faciliate the recording with the STA for you (you'd pay the same fee, but I'd handle the actual process), and I can also arrange for the production of the cloth.
Just one word of free advice -- you realize that the tartans you have designed, as pictured, are asymmetrical, right? This is fine, just unusual. Most tartans are symmetrical.
