I like your new effort too, but I still like the old #2. I'll have a look at the ones you mentioned, Wompet.
(And the day I participate in the weaving of an ASU tartan is the day you put me in the ground. WILDCATS FOREVER!)

I sort of like this one better than 1, 2 or 3.
Just my 2 cents.

I'm still liking one best, IF the blue can be darkened to the dark blue/navy blue that the Cats wear rather than the royal blue which I don't think is the right blue...but I'm olde and don't know a lot.
And I'm with Hamner on forget the ASU effort.
And we've got a branch of NAU here in town but I don't think there are any "NAU - Page" sweatshirts being sold.
Since we're in the heraldry section I think it'd be a cool idea to come up with a university tartan in the colors of the university's academic hood then have a way to weave in a stripe for the color of the field of the degree a person earned in three seperate widths - bachelors, masters, and doctorate.
Though there might be some color clashes.

Oooh, that is a good idea. I'll have to play around and see what I can make for my own graduation.

Actually I was just jerking your chain. But after I posted the second graphi with the A repeating why not make that the 'tartan'. Have that screened on to fabric then pleat it to the letter.
