As expected, on the subject of traditionalism, Todd pretty much nails my feelings too. I'm in it for the tartan. I have no objection to non-traditional or modern kilts, and I own a Buzz Kidder OD canvas, I just don't care for them on me.
I like pants too - I have a couple of suits that I honestly look forward to wearing, and a pair of LL Bean chinos that are more comfortable than any kilt I've ever owned!
So, yeah. For me also, it's all about the tartan.

And Todd, I think that, at least concerning Barclay Dress, you know my feelings on trews: No. Just no...on my body, anyway.
