On a normal day, my sporran contains wallet, keys, cell phone, and possibly some mints and eye drops. If I'm gonna be out and about without the wife, I swap the wallet for a small leather organiser thingy, and add a zippo, pipe tool, a 1/4 bent Dublin, and a pouch or tin of whatever I'm in the mood for. Lately that's been Mac Baren's Plumcake or Whiskey Cavendish, purchased in bulk from my local tobacconist.

I completely concur. I have one in ostrich from him and it really helps to have that texture to latch onto when you are carrying several thin items, such as a card case, wallet, etc.

That was my VENTE flask and Glencairn (P1M) nosing glass. Don't leave home w/o it. I had my wallet and coin dealie in there too.

EDIT: I was wearing a second sporran to carry my two flasks and glass. The badger only had my keys, wallet, sunglasses, coin dealie and camera. Sorry for the initial inaccuracy.

 Andrew.
I haven't experienced that. I have however always had a silicone type case on every iPod I've worn in the sporran (Nano, Classic, and now the Touch...) Not sure if that's what's preventing me from the same experience?

That's good to know. I recently got my first iPod (I'm "somewhere between forty and death" and got the iPod to listen to lectures and recorded books - yeah, I'm an old fogie) and hadn't thought about carrying it in my sporran.

That's about it..... everything fits with room to spare for extra stuff.
