Even if it wasn't too soon yet for me to be thinking about another dog, I'm a renter as well. In time I may have an Airedale, but I can't help you now.
JRB's comment reminded me of something, though. There's a member of the SOKS who would love to get his son a hypoallergenic dog ... I don't know if he's seen this thread ...

Yes he has, i I hope that this little tyke will find a good home real soon. As for my son he'll be getting a Havanese this Christmas. Yes it's a Cuban dog so you'll have a problem dognapping it and getting it across the border  . It's a shame that you're not ready to adopt this dog, it'd be nice to keep him in the X Marks family.
