The worst is heat with humidity. It makes it physically impossible to cool down. Anything over 60 degrees with more than 30% humidity is uncomfortable for me.

I would advise staying away from Alabama for most of the year then. Sometimes we do warm up with a wee bit of humidity.

Today it's going to be in the 70's and by Thanksgiving it's going to be low 50's for the highs and the lows will be in the 20's or low 30's. With rain. "Beautiful Scottish weather!"
