Since you bring up Danny Boy.... A year and a half ago, my Brother-in-Law called to let me know that my Mother-in-Law probably wouldn't make it thru the weekend. We rushed around and got in the car to had back to Iowa with a stop over night, he had told us that nothing was happening and to stop. the next morning we were listening to Seamus Kennedy on a CD when he called to let us know she was gone. Looking back at the CD, it was while Seamus was signing Danny Boy. Most appropriate since she was very proud of her Irish heritage. That song now brings a slight tear to our eyes and a smile when we play it.
