    1 1/2 yard kilt from Penny's- ????????? $14 bucks??? Did you make it yourself. Really only 1 1/2 yards.. What? 2 pleats?????

    Yes it's one of the JC Penny's bath "kilts" that was brought up in another thread. If you go to the SITE you can see they have it in Black Watch so when the price came down I thought I would get one for the heck of it.

    It's fine for throwing on after a shower or possible over a bathing suit, if you feel you need to do that. Quite soft and hopefully the static will die down once it gets some fabric softener.

    Sorry for the put on...I couldn't help myself
