I have a USA Kilts semi-trad in generic Macdonald tartan. I have a SportKilt (pleated to the gather) "kilt" in generic Macdonald.
Former is for nice wear, later is for hiking or to loan my lady to wear as a tartan dress.
The SportKilt with NativeEarth #9 pouch converted to a large sporran for hiking or highland games plunder.
