To get yourself in the mood, a quick shot or two of scotch just prior to singing will silence those butterflies in your stomach...in fact, they might just join you as back up singers!

One time at band camp I was enrolled in a talent show with some friends. We had a really awesome song arranged in 4-part harmony with a mandolin, but while we were practicing the mandolin tore itself apart in the humidity. So to fill in the space I sung the Scotsman. I was in the camp uniform, so no kilt, and I had no preparation, so no ribbon.
Still a hit though. Everybody likes to hear that song every once in a while.

Be proud of that. You may be the hit of the show.
Try wearing a blue ribbon just a bit lower than Chef did, so a few people notice it before you perform. When they ask, "What gives?" just smile and wink. When you reach the punch line you should get an explosion.

Och...you're worried about singing?
Did William Shatner worry when he put out that album? "Hey Mr. Tamborine Man"...it just doesn't get any better than that.
And if you need any more inspiration, get on Netflix and rent the film version of "Paint Your Wagon"....how about Lee Marvin and Clint Eastwood singing? And the irony is that they put Harve Presnell (remember him from "Fargo"?) in that flick in a minor role...he's a fantastic singer.
....and how about Sebastian Cabot, Mr. French from the TV show "Family Affair"?" Maybe I'm going way far back here, kids. Even he did a record back in the Sixties. He did a couple of Beatles tunes on it....sort of...
So don't worry, you're in good company.
Just get up there and let 'em have it! We're rooting for ye!
Best

It might help if everyone else has had a couple of shots too.
But seriously, you might try "rapping" it. Rex Harrison did it in My Fair Lady. He didn't have a good singing voice, but nobody noticed.
