Somewhere around here I have a photo of myself being installed as master of my Masonic lodge kilted. When I find it I'll post same. Masons seem to be fairly regular here.

I have attended grand lodge while wearing a Utilikilt. I would hope that does count.

I don't want to hijack the thread BUT, I have a friend who got into kilts a few years ago when he came to my installation and now we do kilted Masonic things together. We have the '08 lodge installation coming up and the master elect has deemed it kilted Well it seems that my buddy has since become the DDGM (it's too early in the morning to type out District Deputy Grand Master) and he has to wear his Grand Lodge monkey suit. No Kilt! Ha Ha stinks to be you! Really I feel bad for him, I would not want to be in a room full of kilties and not be able to wear mine. He's bummin' big time!
Back to your regularly scheduled programming.

My old Webster's says that could be a group of "gallant and distiguished gentlemen."

So perhaps that includes my attending Alcoholics Anonymous kilted.....?

I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

I was a member of K of C once upon a time; I would have gone kilted, had I had the chance (ie, the kilt)

What about the Scottish Knights of St. Andrew in the Scottish Rite?

I even have a 29th degree silver pin I wear as a badge on the balmoral and a 32nd degree that looks like a proper clan crest for a balmoral.

Good enough for me, your lordship.
