TKN only orders the 23" length for stock. You could get them to bring in a different length, but it would be a special order and you'd have to wait several weeks.

If you want it quickly then you get to pay for hemming.

And UK is starting to do this now, too. If they don't have your length you can pay $30 to get one shortened.
