LOL! That surprised me to see. I'm wearing my kilt in east TN everyday now, and catching a lot of hell for it. Not an easy place to be kilted. >_<

I know where your coming from Roan.
A few years ago my wife an I were passing thru a small town in southeastern Ky.
We were tired,hungry, and running low on fuel,but having noticed the looks from people giving us cold stares,I told my wife-We are NOT stopping here.
If your in east Tennesee you probibly know where im talking about.
After leaving there I turned to my wife and said-wonder if that town is part of the USA.

Which is kind of ironic, considering the Smoky Mountain area was heavily populated by Scots.

Greetings, Roan. I am just East of you in Haywood County, NC. The real backwoods areas (Fines Creek comes to mind) aren't very kilt friendly, but everywhere else is just fine. If you ever get over to Waynesville or Asheville look me up.
