There is also some nice hats of various types and colors Celtic on ebay at Mossie Croft Highland Accessories (seller ramscraig). They do lots of colors in balmorals and county caps, and each is custom made to your requested size and fabric. They are made in Northiern Ireland I believe, in County Down, so at least they have some celtic if not frankly scottish background. I am waiting for several items from them and expect them anyday. Will update with photos when I get the stuff.

Aye, Mossie Croft does a bang up job. The tweed balmoral I had them make for me is one of my favorite hats. Since then I've ordered a couple of tam-o-shanters as well. Great prices on custom fitted, hand made items:

Jas Townsend & Sons http://jas-townsend.com/product_info...roducts_id=250 sells these for under $15. I bought one and it is quite nice--especially for the price. I wear it all the time.
