    A good deal

I saw this on ebay and it looks to be a pretty damn good deal. So I thought I'd post it for any of you guys who might benefit from it.

Nice outfit, but I'm wondering why it's a MacGregor tartan with Gordon badging...

Most interesting use of the badge placement on the sporran.

Lovely jacket. Thankfully, not my size.

The mix of the tartans in kilt and tie is unusual too.

Not my size, but did anyone else check out the product description. Two things leaped out at me. First, even though the starting bid is listed as 50 British Pounds, the reserve is 150 Pounds

"This will be sent to the winning bidder Only if the bid is more than £150"

Secondly, check out the description of the kilt

"Details and sizes of items are

KILT 23inch long / drop to knee, and full lenth open is 5 feet 150cm

with leather strap belts to fasten it waist can be 34 upto appro 38 /40 maybe more."

Five feet is a 1 .6 yard kilt. My knockaround Sportkilt has more material than this. At first I thought 5 feet was a typo, but 150 cm divided by 2.54 inches per cm gives just over 59 inches, and 59 inches divided by 12 inches per foot gives 4.9 feet. Divide this by 3 feer per yard and you get 1.6 yards
