That's Greek for "unworthy, unworthy, unworthy."
It's a pun based on what's said by the congregation at an ordination service in the Greek Orthodox Church to show their approval of the candidate's advancement. I guess Kevin is anticipating his own desired title.

The correct way to address a Duke is to use the words "Your Grace".Just thought you might like to know,Your Grace.
:Grace? For what we are about to receive......
"anaxios" = Unworthy!

The Grand Duke is a comic operetta by Gilbert & Sullivan.
But indeed it is a continental title, not British.
Grand Duchies such as Luxembourg and Lichtenstein for example. In Tsarist days the children of the reigning Tsar were Grand Dukes or Duchesses.
