I think my favorite will be the one I finally decide to buy. I have changed my mind so many times as to which kilt to buy first I am dizzy!

Gordon? Dress Gordon? Fraser? US Navy?

    Casual? Semi Formal? Tank?

My Leather kilt is my favourite. I love it so much that I wear it to lots of places. Aside from the excellent workmanship and a high comfort level, the kilt gets lots of attention. I love that!!

The more kilts I get, the harder it is to answer this question!

Favorite kilt? I don't get asked that one much. I imagine it's hard for the Sassenachs to believe a man could need more than one kilt.

It would depend on the situation. Probably the kilt I like to wear the most is my US Army tartan, mainly because it is a heavyweight 9-yard kilt and it just feels the best to wear.

For formal wear, I like my MacIan tartan because of its base red color. It's just flashier.

Of course, my newest kilt in the Dove tartan has the most personal significance to me.

    a well made 8 yard, 18 0z. one.

I only own 2 Modern Forbes tartan kilts, the one I bought 24 years ago and the one I just bought. Both are pretty heavy suckers.

Whoa! If I could just figure that out I'd not have so many kilts!!

How do I feel today, where am I going today, what am I gonna be doing today, what holiday or anniversary of what is it today?

An easier way might be to ask which kilts are my least favorite. That would be my tartan kilts that aren't a meaningful family tartan for me, that I bought to fill out the color range of kilts and the kilts I'm too fat for now - mostly UKs

You want an argument for kilt straps....buy some one size only kilts and outgrow them or shrink out of them....

Well, right now it's Wallace because it's the only tartan I own right now, but when I get Red Morrison that'll be my new favorite.

That would be the case with many Highland Scots also (Lowland ones as well!)
