Someone asked
Hell-o all,
Someone asked me a question, and no it was not that question, what my favorite Kilt was?
I had to answer honestly that I really do not have a favorite Kilt as they all are special to me. So I answered that the one I am wearing at the moment is my favorite.

I think I can answer that in a sort of different way. For me my favorite kilt tends to be the most recent.
I must say that it's going to take a long time for me to get over the HBC tartan.
But then there is also my beloved Leatherneck - I have ones pleated to set and to stripe and maybe some day soon I will also have a box.......

That's easy it's my Maple Leaf, my national tartan and the gorgeous colours symbolizing our nations symbol. Well now that I have two Maple Leaf kilts one in wool and one in PV they both count as my favourite. Then theres my leather RKilt, I feel like 'Mad' Max Rockatansky in that one. I should go find my knee brace and sawed off claymore. No wait my 'cookie dough' desert camo FK, the fit is just right and the look makes heads turn, that my Clan Destine kilt. Oh crap this just 'aint gonna be easy.

At this point, my favorite is my Black Stewart. I love that tartan. Of course, this is just my pick from the ones that I actually own. When I some day manage to get a Wolfe family kilt, that one will be my favorite, but for now it's the Black Stewart. I'll let you know if that changes when my USAK gets here.

Gee, you guys just named my favorites in a row - Maple Leaf, Isle of Skye, Black Stewart. I'll add the US Army to complete the list.

Well for me at this moment in time it's the Ardbeg tweed, also my first kilt, but it could soon be something else, maybe the Tyneside Scottish, or the weathered MacDonald of Clanranald.
