I'm sorry if I offended you, this was not my intention.
It was a question rather than a blanket statement.
To expand on my point, I've travelled all over the world wearing my kilt (26 countries now and counting) and I've never had a bad reaction to it.
Almost all of the negative reactions I've seen posted about the kilt by other members, (including a few websites) seem to be from Americans. This may just be because the majority of posters are from there, thus skewing the demographic.
