Very nice Joe! I'm curious how you attach the concho to the sheath. Is it a screw back or are you just gluing it in place?

    the concho is screw back
I glue a real thin piece of leather to cover the screw so it doesn't mark the blade.

Gothca! The arch at the top with the edge bead is a nice detail.

Do you cut your shape and punch your stitch holes before or after you've molded the sheath?

The first one I did, I molded it then punched the holes and stitched it, then shaped the sheath.

I sew the whole thing together first
    soak it for an hour
then insert the knife, mold and let it dry
I dye the sheath after it dries

If I use a concho I dye before I sew
so I can get dye under the concho
