Lochcarron and Marton Mills are the only two companies who currently have permission to produce the Isle of Skye tartan (which is a copyrighted design). They both offer it in 13 oz wool. Lochcarron, in addition, offers it in 10 oz and 16 oz, as well. (I'm not as familiar with MM, so I don't know if they do other weights, or not).
And, as McHummel says, he can supply it in PV, and has obtained the necessary permissions to do so.
