    I have a CD called "Scottish Moods" that would fit your requirements. Piper and soft instrumentals. I got it at one of those kiosks at Target that sells 'environment' and background types of music.

    Try Allan MacDonald's "Dastirum". All piobaireachd except one harp tune, but very mellow.
