Eating vegetables isn't really a lifestyle choice, that's more of a health/nutrition issue. If you don't eat veggies, chances are you're going to become ill.

at some point kilt is a health issue. I wear kilt as most as I can, and it really hearts when I have to switch to pents(guess you guys know what I mean). I wear it during my work day and it cost me about a kilt a year mostly because I'm seating 12-14hrs a day and only motion I'm getting is the motion of my butt around a seat - not a life style choice but paying my bills very well.
Kilt is perfect for hiking, but I can't imagine riding a bike or sailing in a kilt, as has been mentioned, just might be deadly.
Life style, hm......., to me(aside from my heritage) kilt is like GHP symbol of war + most masculine and comfy garment known to man, so why shouldn't I wear it?
Alex.

I've gone sailing in a kilt, but just a little 9 footer on a lake. Nothing serious like what Alan does.
