I understand that with technology, some companies are moving away from traditional communication in order to use cheaper methods (email) and have to employ less people, but I don't like doing business that way...

We'll ALWAYS have a direct phone line listed on our website. We'll ALWAYS respond to emails within 24 hours (most times 4 or 5 hours MAX). We'll ALWAYS have a place where you can come and meet us face to face if you'd prefer us to take your measurements. I am "suspect" of companies that don't list a phone # or physical address... ESPECIALLY when I'm providing them with my credit card #. The internet should COMPLIMENT "traditional" methods of communication and interacting and buying things, not REPLACE them.

Thank you for the update. I know that I rely on USAK for many garment needs and I'm sure I'm not alone. It's good to hear that you'll have some communication with your host in case of trouble.

When everything's in place and ready for the public, you might post something in the vendor section so we can hurry on over and check it out
